1. Currently, store admin is not receiving email for anything but completed order statuses. So pending order is completely hidden until store admin access Woo.
2. What about client email notification as a reminder of a pending order?
Help.
Hello, Liza,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns regarding email notifications in WooCommerce.
Please check how it works when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I know that it works the same way but Xstore suppose to enhance Woo functionality, doesn’t it? ?
I’m asking if there is a simple way to add those?
