How to create a custom theme for email customatization?

Hello, sorry for bothering you again, we are almost on the finish line with our website i have some addiutional questions and a ask for help!

I have customazied of the emails with the email customizer on XStore, but how can i apply it for every single one email insted of doing it one by one? If you know the solution please write me or you can go over into the website as well.

Also a important bug, when i open the website from my phone on the home page and the store page the Hero Text goes outside of the screen, i dont know how to fix it!

Awesome 1 additional question? How can i change the admin email to the support email?
