How to create a menu like the sample with xstore

I want to make my website’s header the exact same way like in this website

Can someone help me to create this? I cannot find any option to do this

Hello,

Are you talking about general layout or also about mega menus and click on the Enquire button too? Because we don’t have exactly the same appearance for these 2 elements.
