How to create a tab on the top menu which shows discounted products?

Hello,

We have attached a domain on the PCA.
If you go on the top right side and hover over “super discount” it shows the products on sale for that week.

Can this be replicated?

Create a new menu with 1 item https://prnt.sc/CPLmHO1JnoQY > create a static block – https://prnt.sc/2VuVf2q0qtV3 > set the block for menu item – https://youtu.be/JiI6qDaVtY4?feature=shared
