How to create banner+ product+ slider layout?

I would like to know how create this kind of layout but your existing element?

Hello,

Use 2 rows, 1st row split into 2 columns (1/4+3/4). Use custom heading and text element or banner element in the first column and products element in the second column http://prntscr.com/pk5sxk
If you want to create a layout similar to example from your comment then split row into 3 columns with categories element + slider + products with type grid http://prntscr.com/pk5v6h
If you provide Dashboard access we could create example directly on your site.
