Great!
How do I add the Recent Post widget to the sidebar of the blog?
Hello,
Go to Appearance > Widgets and add “8theme – Recent Posts” widget to Main Sidebar.
Make sure sidebar is selected on Blog page in Pages > edit Blog page > “Page Layout” box on the right.
Thank you.

Thats perfect thank you.
My categories menu is showing at the bottom of my shop page instead of the right side panel. How do I move my categories menu to the right side panel of my shop page?
Dan

Hi.
please find my credentials below.
Now the categories is displaying on the right side panel but still doesn’t look right. Also, the shop page does not look right either. The products are showing as a verival line oppose being displayed across the page.
The fonts also changed on their own.
Hello,
Please provide us with your site url as well.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Please find it below. Sorry about that.
Hello,
You’re using old theme version.
Please update it and don’t forget to create a back up before update.

Also update Woocommerce and other required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Thank you.

Hi,
I updated the theme as instructed by your video and it seems to be working properly. However, my shop page still does look like it should. I also updated woo commerce, but that did not fix the products displaying vertically. Also, I need my categories to display on the right side bar of the shop page.
Also, there is a message displaying saying my theme has bundled versions of woo commerce files. What does this mean and how do I fix it? There is also a notice to update woo commerce data..are you familiar with this?
Please find my login credentials listed below.
Thank you.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials.

Hi Eva,
Thank you for your assistance.
Should we replace the backup version? My products are not in order and the categories on the right side panel do not look right..this is not the kind of experience I want my customers to have. Is there something we can do in the mean time, like replace a back up version?
When will the new update come out?
-Dan

As you can see there is already a new update:
http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906

Thank you.

Hi Eva,
Thank you for the update. However, this update has not fixed the issue I am having with my shop page. The rest of the theme seems to be working ok.
Any thoughts on how to fix my shop page?
-Dan
Hello,
The problem was you forgot to close <em>
tag in short description of some products.
I’ve edited the content and added </em>
to the descriptions.
Please check your shop page now and check other products carefully whether you closed all tags in the products descriptions.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
That’s fantastic Eva. Thank you.
Now, how can I move the product categories to the right side panel of the shop?
Hello,
Have you checked all products whether all tags are added correctly in products descriptions?
Please check it.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I checked for that tag, however, I really do not know where they’re supposed to go. Could you please advise?
-Dan
Hello,
Please add this code in custom.css file:
.span3.sidebar.sidebar-right {
width: 20%;
}
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Thank you for the code…that fixed it the way I wanted it.
Now, how can I make the categories display the way I want them to and not in alphabetical order? I’m trying to arrange them on the back end but the front end does not reflect the changes.
Hello,
You can select sorting type in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Default Product Sorting.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
