How to create flat 20% discount on first order after creating new account by user?

How can I automatically apply a discount to a customer’s first order when they create a new account on my WooCommerce store?
Discount will be 20% flat.

1. **Install and Activate a Plugin**: First, you will need to install a plugin that allows for automatic discounts. You can ask WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , or try to use “WooCommerce Auto Added Coupons” or a similar plugin that supports this functionality.
