How to create popup banner on the main page of the website

Good afternoon, can you tell me if there is a provided functionality to add popup?
I have looked at the instructions :
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-newsletter-popup/

But the newsletter widget in the current version is completely different.
