How to create the menu structure shown in the image

On a previous occasion you made some changes to our site in the menu structure. Now I would like to make some further modifications in it but I cannot see how I can create the same menu structure elements? There are 4 types in the menu structure area (the yellow box in the image) which I cannot see how to add it to the menu from the “Add menu items” area (the red box on the image).

Can you please explain to me how I can create these 4 menu structure elements?
