Hello,
this is my JOIN page:

I need to replace my PHONE label with a COUNTRY one, which part of this shortcode have I to modify???

As I see that form is created with help of some plugin.
You need contact plugin author concerning its configuration.

A different way to creat this SIGN IN page with this theme, which should be?

I didn’t found any plugin support, so I have to find an other solution…

You can use “My Account” page of Woocommerce.
