How to customized the products section in theme

I want to make my products section look like the one in the attached screenshot. Between the products, you’ll see additional content that I would like to include in the same way. Here is the reference website link.

Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?

3. Please review and adjust the widget settings as needed.
4. Once done, update the page.
