how to disbale the transparent heeader?

I have enable the “Customizer Header Builder”, the Header Overlap & Transparent is dlsable, the still transparent header.

Please, contact administrator

We have noticed that there is unnecessary empty space at the top and bottom of your logo images, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/KtcygMMvbpJo To ensure the logo displays correctly, we kindly request that you edit the image in a graphic editor to remove the excess empty space. Once adjusted, please use the updated image as your logo.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings (Style settings for the logo image).

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
