How to edit checkout side bar, pressing the cart button ? I don’t find static blocks page.

This cart Off-Canvas content is configured from Theme Options > Header builder > Cart.

https://prnt.sc/AOBdJF1xUhYN – to change this text edit translation of XStore Core plugin.
