How to edit “Hamburger” menu in AMP mobile page…

Hello there,
Me again 🙂
My website is running well AMP mobile theme. I have managed to edit all the content I want except that hamburger menu icon in the top left area, see attached pictures. Trying to find out where I can edit this, but in vain. Can you help me?
The second question is related to editing the mobile theme (non-AMP) footer block/menu. I want to remove “Vendors” as an option in this block/menu. See attached image.
