How to edit or remove the bottom floating Contact us form?

    may i know how to remove the contact form at the bottom of everypage. the floating contact form.

    It seems doesn’t work well. When sending a meesage through it, it shows:

    Something went wrong! Try again

    this feature is implemented by plugin called ‘Screets Live Chat’ http://screets.com/i/screets-live-chat/
    As we are not developers of this plugin, you may find on its web-site and check all needed information.
