    Hello, Atipikall,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the customization of your Elementor Products Archive template.

1/ Please review the following article for guidance on customizing the Products Archive with Elementor: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/
2/ To ensure proper functionality, we kindly ask you to disable caching by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization in your dashboard. There, you should locate the options for Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources and disable them.
3/ Edit the archive page template by using Elementor. For visual assistance, please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xjDAkCx0Ti6S
4/ If the issue persists, we would require the URL of your live site along with temporary wp-admin access credentials. This will enable us to review your settings and provide more targeted support.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution to your issue. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I disabled everything in speed optimization but the issue still persists. I can’t provide access to my website because it’s still on localhost

    Hello, Atipikall,

    Thank you for the video.

Could you kindly inform us whether you are utilizing the Elementor Pro or the PRO Elements plugin?

We would be grateful if you could navigate to XStore Builders > Archive Builder and provide us with a screenshot of this section.

Additionally, we would like to inquire if your local hosting service offers the capability to generate a live URL for your site, similar to the service found at https://localwp.com/live-links/. If this feature is available to you, could you please confirm?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
