Hello people,
I noticed that the footer content was not created directly in the xstore editor, but in another location ( https://prnt.sc/t5zd68 ). I create the content I want to insert in the footer and then I go to the xstore editor and select that content in the “Block name” field. However, I am not getting a location where the footer content is created.
Can you help me?
Hello,
We need to take a closer look. Provide URL + temporary wp-admin access.

Hi Rose,
Follows access data for you to check.
Hi,
Provide URL of the login page, please.

Hi, you’ll find it in the static blocks. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
You’ll have to follow the same process if you use Elementor.
Here it is.
Hello,
1) Make sure that page editor is enabled for the Static Blocks https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
2) Watch the video tutorial on how to edit footer created using static block https://youtu.be/gY-x4m47Duo
(use WPBakery or Elementor depending on your needs and version that you installed).

Hello nrapiera,
OK, thanks for the help. I understood how it works.
Just a question. The Xstore has its own footer editor. Could I use the editor to create the entire footer, without creating the partial content separately via the Static Block?
I think it would be easier, because if I’m already in the xStore editor, I don’t need to go to the Static Block to create part of the footer separately.
Hello,
Nope, we don’t have special footer editor. You can use either default widget areas https://youtu.be/NSSFa7ukx6I or using Static block and page builder.
