How to edit the text of The Shop section

Hi,
I wanted to edit the text of TheShop page but when I click on Pages (in the wordpress dashboard) it sends me to the customize section. There I don’t know where can I change the predefined text, it is “Sit euismod mi quam in vulputat…”
Can you help me?
