    Hi,
    Great theme i must say.
When setting up my registration page, i discovered that a new user does not get his password in the email that is sent to him. Please how do i ensure the new user does not just his username but also his password.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Password is a secure information and customer should already know it after registering an account.
There is a link to reset password in the email.

    Thanks Eva Kemp.
I ‘ve got another issue though. My visual composer has refused to edit and build new pages. When trying to use it to edit a page, it keeps loading like forever without bringing up the normal options for edit. And when I want to build new pages etc. nothing shows up. See below image showing the continuous loading of the page http://thecraterlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/visual-composer-loading-forever-for-8theme.jpg

Can you kindly resolve the issue.

    Charles

Just read through people experiencing similar issues. I guess what I am supposed to do is to uninstall the visual composer I have and reinstall the updated one you provided on your site. Please, is this the right way to do the update for Visual Composer ?

    Hello,

You need download the plugin here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , extract the archive and upload it via FTP in wp-content/plugins directory, overwrite the existing js_composer folder. You don’t need to uninstall anything.

    Regards,
