how can we fix Duplicate “Place Order” and “Terms and Condition” at check out page

What theme version are you using?
Have you updated it to the latest 1.3 version?
Please do this and create back up of your files and database before update.

You need update the theme via FTP.
Create a back up of the files and database before update!

That would be great. Also, regarding coupon codes, they work fine in the basket stage of the checkout, but if i try to apply one in the billing details stage, the price on the right doesnt update unless i refresh the page.

Please update the theme to the latest version as well as the required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and Woocommerce plugin.
Don’t forget to create a back up before update!

Please remove “woocommerce” folder in wp-content/themes/woopress directory and reupload it from the theme package of a new version. After that the issue should be fixed.
