How to have multiple selection options on the product page?

Hello,

Is there any video tutorial on how we can select/have more than 1 variable item selection options?

On this demo, we can choose the color and size from the buttons;

1) can we have more than than 2?
2) can we have drop down menus as an alternative (versus buttons)?
