How to hide continue to shipping button in checkout if required fields are empty?

Hello!

I want to avoid customer to advance to shipping during checkout if the required fields in billing details, as ‘Name’ and ‘Last Name’, are empty. How to achieve that with some validation or by hiding the ‘Continue to shipping button’?

Any help will be very appreciated.
