How to implement my 4 requirements for my store?

2/ Yes, you need to use one of these plugins Dokan, MultivendorX, WCFM.
Read the description of plugins > Select 1 plugin > follow the documentation of it to achieve the desired result.

3/ Do you mean a single product page?
We have 2 builders:
– https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/
– Theme Options > WoOCommerce > Single Product Builder.
Both builders allow using Multiple templates, which means different layouts will be played for different products.

4/ By default, there is no such feature.
