How to import product that include Xstore Brand

I’m currently working with XStore, and when I import products into WooCommerce, the product brand appears under the default WooCommerce brand instead of the XStore brand. Is there any tool or method I can use to ensure that imported products are assigned to the correct XStore brand? Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To ensure that imported products are assigned to the correct XStore brand, we recommend using the built-in “Brands” taxonomy provided by the XStore theme. Please make sure that the XStore Brands feature is enabled via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Brands. Once enabled, you can assign brands to products using the XStore Brands taxonomy instead of the default WooCommerce one.

If you are using a product import tool or plugin, such as WP All Import, you may need to map the brand field specifically to the XStore Brands taxonomy.

I have around 1970 products. How can I add the XStore brand to my products? Is there any plugin that can do this – like importing all the products including the XStore brand? Thank you.

Hello,

XStore Product Brands is a feature specific to the XStore theme and is not included in the default WooCommerce export file. If you wish to export or import product brands, we recommend using third-party plugins such as WP All Export or WP All Import, which are compatible with XStore and support this functionality.
