How to improve speed of loading static blocks

Hello!
How can I improve the loading speed of this part of my website? It looks like it’s a static block.
Before loaded: https://prnt.sc/aPUs-s6Xlebh
After loaded: https://prnt.sc/c5A85r9B_71-

Maybe there is any setting that I could switch on/off? I have W3 total cache + WEBP images + cloudways hosting.

Settings of element > disable XStore Ajaxify > Lazy Loading > Off https://prnt.sc/1vTxzJw-2-o7
