How to insert the same footer as it is on demo of intherior

I want this kind of foooter to show up on my footer I know this is made on static block but how to do it I don know please look at this picture I want exactly like this. http://www.gamistore.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Capture.png

Please add in the first column Text Element with following content:
