    Hi,

I’m not sure if this is Royal theme or Woocommerce functionality, but I’ve been given a requirement on the variation dropdown to show all sizes regardless of whether they are in or out of stock. I found a function to add a (out of stock) label to the sizes, but when the product is loaded, some functionality hides those out of stock variations and only shows those in stock

So, what I’m looking for is something like this in the drop down

    Small (Out of Stock)
    Medium (In Stock)
    Large (In Stock)
    X-Large (Out of Stock)

    But functionally this currently shows

    Medium (In Stock)
    Large (In Stock)

How can I override to ensure all sizes are showing? As mentioned I’m not sure if this Royal or Woocommerce so any info would be really helpful

    Best regards

    Darren

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility > uncheck “Hide out of stock items from the catalog”.

    Regards

    Hi,

Thank you for replying so quickly, having unchecked it on a local environment, it doesn’t seem to have made a difference, is that setting more for showing products in the category archives, etc rather than variation dropdowns on the product pages? Sorry still getting my head around some aspect of Woo.

    Hello,

To check if this situation relates to our theme or to Woocommerce, you need to activate default WC theme – Storefront, on your site temporarily. If variations are displayed in the same way even with the default theme, please contact support of woocommerce plugin.

    Regards
