How to link products with the corresponding category

Good morning
I have tried to add products for a corresponding category but when I go to the original view of the store they do not appear, what should I do to make them appear and link to the corresponding category?

Hello,

1) Provide us with link to your site and Dashboard access to check the settings.
2) Do you mean that if you add the product to the category, save the product and go to that category you don’t see the product there?

If the product does not appear in its respective category. A concrete example is that of this product:

The product is white peacock
The category of the product is birds and is in the turkey subcategory, but when entering the store that product does not appear. How is the correct one made in lacen so that the product appears in its respective category?

Good day
What happens is that the content of the animals demonstration was imported to the xtore template and several categories and subcategories were added, the problem I have is that when the product is added to the corresponding category this product does not appear there. How do I get this product to be displayed correctly in its respective category?
An example of this error is the product called “white peacock” which is located in the category birds and subcategory turkeys.

What country is this support, I need to know in order to give access to the account
The url, the user and the passwords are the ones that I have sent
