    Hello,

I have added a website on the PCA.

The mobile menu is appearing as the full size versus when we use the one on this demo; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/industrial-power-tools/

It appears half the screen size.
Can we make it so it appears full width to add more content inside the screen?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello @PR,

We kindly request that you go to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Mobile and edit the Mobile Menu, changing the Off-Canvas type to the left side will solve your issue.

Please refer to the screenshot provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/D4wctJcN

    Hello Tony,

The menu is still showing as half screen when I click it on mobile.

I would like the phone menu to become the full width of the phone screen and not just half as shown in the website which is on the PCA.

Please let us know and thanks for your help!

    Hello,

Sorry I think I may have confused you.

There is no option to make the mobile menu full width.
There is only a left side, right side from the options you have provided above.

I would like for it to make the mobile menu full width when someone clicks it. I cant find a way to do that.

    Please let me know!

I have selected the off canvas left, but once clicked – it doesn’t make the whole mobile covered with the menu, the website still shows a little bit on the right side

    Hello @PR,

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you would like to cover the entire mobile screen when the mobile popup opens, you must set the OffCanvas type to full. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/JypDX6VD. This is the only available option.

    Hello Tony,

    Thanks
When we do that, the mobile screen appears and has no solid background color to it, it appears “over” the contents of the website and not on a solid background such as when you choose either the left or right side.

    Please let us know

Is there any way of choose the screen to appear from the left side and then be full screen width?

    Perhaps some code?

    Hello, @PR,

    1) In order to make the mobile menu screen appear with a solid background color, we have created a video tutorial for you on our test site. Please watch and follow the steps shown in the video: https://www.veed.io/view/2c248fe5-a685-4da8-862b-291a1535c077?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    2) We regret to inform you that it is not possible to set the left or right off canvas as full width with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the WPKraken team via their website: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme.

Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
