Hi 8theme,
If you view this demo (or mostly all demos) on a mobile device – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/
When you click the menu button, its open it up but there is only 2 sections/panels showing which are
1) Menu
2) Categories
But nothing else.
Can we add another panel here?
We are trying to add, MENU – CATERGORIES – BRANDS
Thanks for your help!
Hello, @GTP,
We appreciate your feedback regarding the mobile menu on our platform. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the current limitation in theme options and functionality.
At present, our system is configured to display only two tabs in the mobile menu: “Menu” and provide only one additional tab that you can set as “Categories.” Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to add an extra panel for “Brands” on the mobile menu.
We understand the importance of having flexibility in menu customization, and we value your suggestion for additional tabs like “Brands.” While we currently do not have this specific feature available.
Alternatively, You may post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ . If it garners sufficient votes from other customers, our development team will consider incorporating it into one of the upcoming updates
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hi Tony,
Thanks for your reply.
Is there anyway to have this via custom code?
We will ask this on the taskboard as well, but needed to find a solution because we are developing a new website and would need the mobile menu to show brands as well so customers can view the products under specific brands etc. (We will be buying another license for the new project)
Thanks!
Hello, @GTP,
We appreciate your interest in having both brands and categories displayed simultaneously in the mobile menu for your new website. Currently, there isn’t a default theme option to show both tabs at the same time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, we have an alternative solution for you. While there isn’t a built-in feature to support this. We recommend using a Static Block to display both brands and categories. We have prepared a video tutorial that guides you through the process step by step.

For a visual guide, you can refer to the image provided at the following link:

In the tutorial, you’ll learn to create a Static Block, include both brands and categories in it, and then integrate the Static Block into your mobile menu. This way, you can have the flexibility to adjust the settings as per your preferences.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the details!
I think this may be a great alternative for us at the moment!
1) I think the video you have added may be for someone else? I don’t see anything related to the menu section on the video provided.
– If we were to need a specific and customized menu on mobiles/tablets – can we ask this on customization services? We are looking to get very specific details and think that special customization would be the only option.
