How to make my search bar narrow down a little better on searches a user does?

Hi there,

Could I ask for some documentation to understand how the search bar works? As I’d like it to be a little more strict on what it shows. For example, in the screenshot attached you can see I have put “Car” which shows lots of results not related. If I put “Cars” then only related products come up.

So just want to understand the logic and how to edit it.

Our theme searches by title, description, SKU, posts, and pages, but does not search by title only. For more information, please refer to the following links:
