How to make the first letter in the title text not capitalized

Please help me figure out NOT to capitalize the first letter in the title text. Which theme setting can I do that? Please see the pages https://homestep.org/catalog-products/liquid-biopsy-and-oncology/cfdna-extraction-sensitivity-controls/

I need to have the title to be “ctDNA Standards for Amplicon-Based Assays”

It did NOT work when I put the code in the “Additional Custom CSS section” under Theme Options.
