How to make the page moving up once moving to the next page

Dear Support,
I have noticed that when i click on the next page through the page selector at the bottom of the page, the new page is loaded however the view is not brought up at the top of the next page. The view stays at the bottom of the new loaded page.

How can i force the view to automatically move to the top of the next page?
