Hello, we are updating the email builder right now. The email builder is updated but for some reason the live version doesn’t update. It only shows stock. This includes the invoices created, order summary, and the update we get in the back end. Please help

Please record a detailed video of the problem and your actions.
Upload in on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

I’m using the same info for admin entry for CPanel. I’m not sure how you would access it though?
