How to modify/change your static block "Footer Variant 8"?

Just as the title says. I don’t know code that well, and was wondering how to change that particular static block. Or even, how you guys created it.

Is there a way to do this in VC for example?

Hello,

You need edit footer in Static Block section > Footer variant 8. Edit it with Visual Composer editor.
To enable VC editor for static blocks go to Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom and tick “static blocks”.
