How to move a static block in a page layout

Hello,

I’ve created a static block named “COMO COMPRAR?” that it’s actualy displayed in the bottom part of this product page:
http://www.laminotech.webacto.es/product/lamina-especial-para-policarbonatos/

I want to move it, under the gallery for fill the empty space.

Does exist en aesy widget way (or an other way) to obtain this result?
