How do I remove the categories tab in the dropdown mobile menu?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We are currently unable to access the XStore builders on your site.

If you are utilizing the Header Builder via Elementor, we kindly request that you edit the header template using Elementor, which can be found under XStore Builders > Header Builder. Subsequently, please edit the mobile menu widget, > edit wp-menu > Extra content > Select (Without) and update it.
