    Hello @rahul sahu,

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the theme install on a fresh WordPress installation.

To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.

This plugin will remove all content, including posts, pages, and products, from your site, allowing you to start fresh. After doing so, you can delete the GPL null version and install the original theme from scratch by following the instructions in this video: https://youtu.be/i7STFGZapx8

    Best Regards,

    Hello rahul sahu,

To install your original theme and remove the GPL theme without losing any data, you can follow these steps:

    1) Install and activate your original theme:

    a. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance > Themes.
    b. Click on the “Add New” button and then click on the “Upload Theme” button.
    c. Choose the original theme file from your computer and click on the “Install Now” button.
    d. Once the theme is installed, click on the “Activate” button to make it the active theme.

    2) Export your WordPress content:

    a. Go to Tools > Export in your WordPress dashboard.
    b. Select “All content” and click on the “Download Export File” button.
    c. This will export all your WordPress content including posts, pages, comments, and media files.

    3) Backup your WordPress database:

    a. Contact your service provider and ask them to create a backup of your WordPress database.
    b. This will ensure that you have a copy of your website’s data in case anything goes wrong during the theme switch.

    4) Remove the GPL theme:

    a. Go to Appearance > Themes in your WordPress dashboard.
    b. Click on the GPL theme and then click on the “Delete” button.
    c. This will remove the GPL theme from your WordPress installation.

    5) Import your WordPress content:

    a. Go to Tools > Import in your WordPress dashboard.
    b. Choose the “WordPress” option and install the WordPress importer plugin if you haven’t already.
    c. Upload the XML file you exported in step 2 and click on the “Upload file and import” button.
    d. This will import all your WordPress content including posts, pages, comments, and media files.

    6) Test your website:

    a. Check that all your content and settings are intact.
    b. Test your website thoroughly to ensure that everything is working as expected.

By following these steps, you can safely switch to your original theme without losing any data.

    Best Regards,
