How to remove layout jumps on delayed loading

Hello, we have a jumping layout on the home page when we install the delayed loading of images feature, can this be fixed? Please upload video

1/ Can you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.

This is problematic to do on a work project…no other options? It happens only on the main page and the Carousel of Images widget

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

I see that the problem remains. I don’t think it’s because of the caching plugin. We disabled the caching plugin also during tests and in general we have it for 4 days, and this problem has been known for a long time, we just didn’t use it that’s why. It’s something else, maybe it’s related to the work on the image carousel widget. I’ve recorded a video now.

I uploaded 2 videos, on the second video tried to change the picture format to full and the layout is not so much jumping, apparently it is connected with this, on the first video you can see that the matter is not in the caching plugin.

I like this tool, just here in one point something does not work so, I showed that it is a widget with a carousel of pictures, there is a conflict between your tool and this standard widget, that’s all.

Hi @Goostaf,

This issue is happening when the images of carousel are slowly loading, so the grey image is not covered the width of section.

Please try adding this custom CSS under Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS to fix this:
```
.wpb_images_carousel .swiper-container .swiper-slide img {
    width: 100%;
    height: auto;
}
```
