    I hope you’re doing well.

    I’m reaching out for support regarding issues I’m experiencing with the XStore theme on my website, lambock.com. I’ve been using the XStore theme for the past two years and recently purchased support to help address some ongoing performance and functionality concerns.

    Despite following the instructions provided in the documentation to disable the site preloader and lazy loading effect, I’m still encountering issues with both features:

    Preloader Issue: I disabled the “Site Preloader” option under Theme Options > General, as instructed. However, the preloader continues to appear as it did before, and the change does not seem to take effect.

    Lazy Loading Issue: I followed the steps to disable lazy loading by accessing the element settings in Elementor and turning off the “Lazy Loading” option in the XStore Ajaxify settings. Unfortunately, images still load slowly, and lazy loading remains active.

    Could you please help me resolve these issues? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on the following:

    Element Loading: How can I ensure all elements on the site load quickly without unnecessary delays?

    Page Speed: What best practices can I follow to improve page speed, and are there any specific XStore settings I should adjust?

    Image Optimization: Can you provide tips on optimizing images for better performance, particularly within the XStore theme?

    Your assistance in addressing these issues and optimizing my site for better performance would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your guidance.

    Thank you in advance for your support.

    Hello, 4NOdes,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for being a valued user of the XStore theme. We hope this message finds you well.

    We sincerely appreciate your detailed explanation of the issues you are experiencing with the preloader and lazy loading features, as well as your interest in optimizing your website’s performance. We are here to assist you.

    Please update the theme and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Clear cache after that.

    To remove the loading effect on Elementor widgets and show them at once, the next custom CSS code can be used:

    body:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) {
        --etheme-element-loader-display: none;
        --etheme-element-loading-opacity: 1;
        --etheme-element-loading-visibility: visible;
    }

    Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
    Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins as well.
    For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it and we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

    Ensure that all images are optimized for the web. You can use tools like Adobe Photoshop or free online services such as TinyPNG to reduce image file sizes without losing quality.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
