    Hello There,

I made a big mistake while trying to fix the product image problem. I accidentally created a “single product” page under the theme builder, and all my previous layouts got changed. I tried to recover most of them, but I still have 3 problems that I don’t know how to fix. Although I removed the unneeded section, those still show up on the web pages. Please see the screenshot. Please kindly help me figure this out.

    Thank you very much!
    Grace

    Hello, @Grace Chen,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

1/ We are writing to inform you that we have identified and addressed a cache issue on your website. To resolve the problem, we have deactivated the Light Speed Cache Plugin. This action has successfully rectified the issues concerning the removal of the ‘Navigation’, ‘Reviews’, and ‘Related Products’ sections on your site.

2/ To enlarge the product image on your platform, please increase the width of the image column. This adjustment will automatically enhance the size of the product image. For your reference, you can view the changes in the image provided in the following link: https://ibb.co/mXJP0m4

We trust this guidance will be beneficial to you. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Tony,

Thank you SO much for your help!

One thing I noticed was that the product gallery setting did not show up correctly, although I set it as the first type under the Gallery/ main configuration. How do I correct it? see screenshot!

Also, I’m confused by the fact that there are two areas to set the page’s layout; the functions seem to overlap. How do I use it correctly?
    1. Theme Options/WooCommerce Shop
    2. Xstore Builders/Single Product

    Thank you,
    Grace
