Please can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to set a full-screen background slider to the homepage as seen in variant 3? (https://www.8theme.com/demo/classico/variant3/)
I imported the content for Variant 3, and instead a get a full-width slider on the homepage under the header. I want the background to be part of the header too! How do I do this?
Hello,
Navigate to Dashboard->8Theme Options->General->Header Type->and select Variant 3.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hey there, I got a question on this same topic… been trying to figure this out for a little while now. I am using the same header variant but I can not find anywhere to assign the background slider for the header section.
I have the variant 3 header assigned as you indicated previously, but when I do assign the slider for the page it will show below the header itself.
I assume this has to do with the slider having to be assigned somewhere else then, al though I’d like being able to switch which slider/image shows behind the header for each page…
Any leads on this? I need help.
Hello @Catinho,
Please provide us with WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
I actually managed to get it to show properly, but the hero banner / slider only shows beneath the navigation bar for the home page.
On all other pages it shows below it leaving a huge white gap at the top where the image/slider should be according to the header variant #3 layout.
I guess you’ll need my wp credentials for this al though if there was other way of you telling what to change I can just do that too.
Anyways, I’ll be uploading to a server tomorrow with more time in case you absolutely need access to my developing site to see what’s causing this and how to solve it.
Also, when is the theme update expected to come out? Having the wooCommerce displaying the message about templates being out dated is a little disturbing for my clients.
Hello @Catinho,
We need to check your site and wp-admin panel. So please provide us with the credentials.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
