How to set linked text to show an underline when the mouse hovers over it.

I hope that when the mouse hovers over linked text, an underline appears below it. I have looked for this setting for a long time but couldn’t find it. I hope you can help me find the specific setting path. Thank you.

    text-decoration: underline !important;
}
```
