How to show 2nd image on hover in shop page and homepage and how to create promo code slider

Hello,

I need help on 2 matters.

Firstly, how do I make it so that the 2nd image of a product gets shown upon hovering at the home page and shop page.

Secondly, how should I go about making a sticky header notification slider for my promo codes?
