How to show effects with mouse cursor? - by GTP

Hello,

We have attached some domains on the PCA.
When you move the cursors on the website, they show very cool animations.

I believe these are on revolution slider plugin etc.
Is there anyway to show something like this without the plugin or would the plugin be necessary etc.?

Just curious if x-store offers anything like these effects/features.
