How to show increasing numbers feature once page is loaded

Hello,

I have added a website on the PCA.

Once you load the page, the 3 numbers displayed around the middle of the website increase as the page is loading.

Operating employees – assets under management – professionals

Is there anyway we can add this type of feature?
I remember seeing this on one of the demos but cannot find out how.
