How to show moving images/text on the section under the header?

Hello 8theme team,

We have provided a website on the PCA.

On the top section, just below the header/logo/main menu – there is a section which is changing images and constantly moving. Would something like this be created on a plugin like revolution slider?

oh thanks, sorry we did not notice that lol.

in regards to the text/buttons above the video, can we replicate that? and will we be able to do this via elementor?
