How to show product excerpt below product name in AJAX search result window and on checkout page.

Hello, @zaburiro,

There is no such possibility, unfortunately.
You can post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will try to add it in one of the next updates.

Only the available option for the Shop page is Show Excerpt In Content Product. You can use from Theme Settings > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > ON. Then check your Shop page. See the image for a better reference here: https://ibb.co/3MyLHCc
