How to show variations images on main image, when selected

Hello

I set an image for each variation.

hovever, when variaton is selected, the image does not show in “main image” frame.

Is this because I got variations to show as Image (squatre)?

Can that be fixed to still work?

Hello @ziga32,

We recommend that you update the theme and plugins to the latest version if you are using an older version. Please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update// for further instructions.

If the issue persist then we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and provide assistance accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate the issue further.

I updated everything deactivated all plugins (except Woocommerce and xstore core) and child theme and it still won’t work. I’m sending you login info. Feel free to disable plugins again.

The issue lies in a large number of variations. If we create a product with fewer variations, everything will work. please check the link in the Private Content area.
It appears that the same issue exists with the default theme, which means that our theme is not the cause of the problem. Please watch the video in the Private Content area.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you in this situation.
