    Hello, @Tal,

    1) We hope this message finds you well. We understand that you are interested in adding a custom filter by brand to your product archive. To facilitate this, we recommend utilizing the XStore Product Archive Builder in conjunction with Elementor. This combination will enable you to create a bespoke product archive tailored to your requirements.

To implement the filter by brand, please use the XStore Products Filters element within Elementor. You can easily drag and drop this element onto the desired page within Elementor. Once placed, navigate to the settings on the left-hand side, access the Content section, and then select ‘Items’. From there, you can choose ‘Brands’ as your filter type.

For your convenience, we have provided a visual reference to assist you with this process: https://imgur.com/a/PnqwmgX

Furthermore, we highly recommend that you review the detailed guide on the XStore Products Archive Builder with Elementor for additional guidance. The guide can be found at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    2) Sorry for the inconvenience currently there are no theme options to show the brand image on the Product Archive products. However form the XStore >> Theme Options >> Woocommenrce(Shop) >> Shop Elements >> Brands and Enable the option “Show on Archive”
In this way, you can show the product brand name on the product Archive.

Alternatively, You may post your request on our Task Board at

development team will consider incorporating it into one of the upcoming updates

    hello.
u didn’t get me. i mean that products with same brand will be next to each other and not mixed all over the products archive.
its means that all “premio” products for example will be next to each other when people scrolling at page archive.

    Hello, @Tal,

    Thank you for your response.

We would like to confirm that with the utilization of the XStore Product Archive Builder, it is indeed possible to craft a custom product archive page. By employing the XStore Product Grid element and selecting ‘Brands’ under the Taxonomy Type, you can effectively organize your products on the shop page by brand.

This method ensures that products from the same brand are displayed adjacently, facilitating a more streamlined browsing experience for your customers.

For your convenience, we have prepared a video tutorial that provides a visual demonstration of the process. You may access the tutorial via the following link: https://www.veed.io/view/7a4bbac0-176e-414f-8cf2-499a330894e0?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

We trust this information will be of assistance to you.

Should you have any additional inquiries or require further support, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing you with the necessary assistance.

    Yours sincerely,
    The 8Themes Team

    Hello, @Tal,

    Thank you for your response.

The fastest way is create a new template for the brands archive(https://prnt.sc/Hzhur9flW_3k), so when users visit the brands archive(website.com/brand/apple) it will list all products related to apple brand.

If still you want to change the sort order on shop page, you request additional customization.

Our high-level developers are equipped to provide you with a tailored solution for this. To get a precise estimate and discuss the customization, please submit a customization services request, and we will prepare a detailed estimate for the cost – https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel (8Theme’s Customisation Services)

    We appreciate your understanding.

If you have any more questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team.
